We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

UK Customers — Your Legal Rights

If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing support@themodernbidet.com.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.

We will issue a full refund, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 7 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return — whichever is earlier.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

US & UK Customers

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email support@themodernbidet.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
